What piercings do you do?
We do a variety of piercings, including: ear; tragus; nose; belly button; lip; eyebrow and men’s nipples. For a full list of prices, please call the shop on 02476 225 391
How old do I have to be for a piercing?
We pierce from any age; however we will not pierce without a parent present for anyone under the age of 16. For those who look under 21 wanting piercings, it is best to bring ID for proof of age
How much do your ear piercings cost?

Do I need to book an appointment for piercing?
No, we work on a walk-in basis for all piercings. This may mean that you could be served straight away or it may mean there is a slight wait, depending on how busy we are. Thank you in advance for your patience.
What kind of jewellery repairs do you do?
We will only repair gold/silver/platinum jewellery. This includes ring remodelling; resizing; polishing and rhodium plating. To receive an exact quote and timeframe, you will need to bring your jewellery into store. Do you do jewellery evaluations?
Yes. Please bring your jewellery to be valued into store with photo ID for this
What are your opening hours?
Our store is open 10:00am-5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday. We are closed Thursdays and Sundays. Bank holidays may vary. You can find live updates for our opening hours on Google
How do I clean my product?
Both gold and silver jewellery can be cleaned with hot water and fairy liquid soap. To give an extra shine, you can purchase gold/silver dip from our website or in store. Please note gold plated silver should not be put in gold/silver dip
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch via our online contact form with 14 days of confirmed dispatch. You will then be able to return your product by post, please note we currently do not offer free postage for returns. We also do not accept earrings as returns for hygiene purposes
