We do a variety of piercings, including: ear; tragus; nose; belly button; lip; eyebrow and men’s nipples. For a full list of prices, please visit our services page.

We pierce from any age; however we will not pierce without a parent present for anyone under the age of 16. For those who look under 21 wanting piercings, it is best to bring ID for proof of age.

Prices vary depending on the studs chosen. A pair in surgical steel start from £14, 9ct gold from £22 and 14ct gold from £42. Prices are cheaper for single piercings. To see a full price list, please visit our services page.

No, we work on a walk-in basis for all piercings. This may mean that you could be served straight away or it may mean there is a slight wait, depending on how busy we are. Thank you in advance for your patience.

We will only repair gold/silver/platinum jewellery. This includes ring remodelling; resizing; polishing and rhodium plating. To receive an exact quote and timeframe, you will need to bring your jewellery into store. Our address can be found on the contact page.

Yes. Please bring your item to be valued into store with photo ID for this.

Our store is open 10:00am-5:00pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday. We are closed Thursdays and Sundays.

Both gold and silver jewellery can be cleaned with hot water and fairy liquid soap. To give an extra shine, you can purchase gold/silver dip from our website or in store. Please note gold plated silver should not be put in gold/silver dip.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please get in touch via our online contact form with 14 days of confirmed dispatch. You will then be able to return your product by post, please note we currently do not offer free postage for returns. We also do not accept earrings as returns for hygiene purposes. For further details, please see Section B, Point 8 of our Terms & Conditions.

You can drop off your return if this is easier, however your payment will be refunded online.

In most cases the answer is yes, unless we are talking about earrings – please note our returns policy for more information. If you wish to make an exchange, please get in touch via our contact form and we can advise from there.

Each item bought online comes packaged in a Sapphire Jewellers box with a blue ribbon. If your order is a gift, please specify this at check-out so we can add a gift note and send you a packing slip via email instead. If you have included a personalised message at check-out, we include this as a hand-written note on cream coloured card. As for the outer packaging (the postage box) – we try to keep this to a minimum to reduce plastic consumption. We also try to use recycled boxes.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track you order via Royal Mail.
